Normally running the shell script we will use the following command
#./shell_script.sh
If shell script not running then you need to do shell script executable. using following command
#chmod +x shell_script.sh
for running the shell scirpt daily through use the following command
#su
#PASSWORD
#crontab -e
Put following lines in cron file.
* * 1 * * /bin/sh /home/myuser/shellscript/shell_script.sh
execute shell script daily through cron
