I’m adding your Google Buzz button, but need to set the display position manually. What function call should I make so I can place the button where I wish?

You need to go to google buzz admin panel->left bottom side of wordpress admin. Go to setting page and find the “Display Position” options there and select the mannual option.
and put your custom css in another text box. that will solve your issue.
